Job Description

We are a formal Pan-Asian Pescatarian concept in need of a friendly, organized, and efficient server to join our team. If you have a love for creative, unique food and providing customer service with utmost professionalism, we want you to work in tandem with our top-notch servers and chefs to deliver the best possible dining experience in Highland Park. Our goal is to provide our customers with consistently prompt and pleasant service while dining at our restaurant. We are looking for both part and full time employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial kitchen experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Enthusiasm for good food
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers’
